Honestly it was pretty fun, just wished we got paid for given that it was during covid and the amount of business we had was insane.

Cons

Early shifts meant less time selling compared to those who started their shift during business hours

Pros

You can work with the operations manager for flexible scheduling week by week. You have the option for PTO or unpaid vacation days when requested in advance.

Cons

Daily metrics are weighted heavily and poor daily metrics get chalked up to a lack of effort when in most cases external factors are the cause.
