Great team management and flexible hours. Helps you become well-rounded with building pc's, network topology skills, up to date computer hardware knowledge, as well as experience with handling and sharing information with different technical level customers.

Cons

Commission based job If the store is not busy you may not be making an expected salary and this can follow for a whole season or period most of the time.(location can be a factor)

Super fun environment Gets to work with new tech hardware Amazing store management

Cons

Things have been changing in the company in a way that is very clearly trying to get rid of people who expect a living wage. They want to be able to pay sales associates much less than they have been getting in years past for the same amount of work.

Worked here for quite a few years, excellent place to work and grow if you're willing to put in the effort.

Cons

Management can be a bit of a revolving door, or at least used to be. Right now it's been fairly stable.
