Pros

-People are nice to work with and everyone is generally understanding. -The onboarding process is pretty good and they teach you everything you need to know. Coworkers will usually answer anything you need to know. -Part time work as a CSR makes the your work schedule flexible IF you let the managers know your prior commitment is extremely important. -Work is fairly simple and any assistance you need you may get from the shift manager or other CSR's

Cons

-They say hours are flexible, but the managers would assign you five day work weeks despite you saying you had classes or prior commitments -They pressure to meet certain selling requirements even though you're not a salesperson. Quotes like (customer) information capture, email capture, warranties sold, etc which was not in the job description. -Lunch breaks are 30 minutes long if your shift isn't more than 6 hours.
