Work with lots of cool tech Fast paced environment and you can learn a lot Customers on average are much more of a pleasure to deal with

Cons

Waking up at 5 am to do truck, which collides with your commission because they give you 4 dollars an hour to put boxes away.

We appreciate the "Four Star Review" and the pros you listed! While we do pay a base rate of $4 per hour, our sales associates earn much more adding in commission/bonus/SPIF amounts. The average hourly rates take into account all earnings so the pay is substantially more than $4 per hour. Our sales associates put merchandise out for customers so that the associates know what's new, what we have and where to find it quickly so they can serve customers.
