-Generally flexible hours for both needing time off and picking up hours. -A very robust training program that lets you know the tech your are around.

Cons

-Pushed to get credit card applications hurt sales.

If you can learn the product, and know what you're doing, the money can be good.

Cons

But it's still retail sales. Retail customers can be pretty awful. Its not for everyone.

Decent pay Interesting products to sell Customers are mostly good

Cons

The only metrics that matter as a sales associate are warranty plans and credit card signups. If you don't meet the requirements for these two things, it doesn't really matter as much how you perform in other areas.
