Good place to learn the field and they will pay for your certification

Cons

Changing pay scale, no 401k match, lack of communication, most SOP`s where written in 2017 or earlier. Your day will be utter madness for the most part.

*Coworkers were the best *Employee discount was really generous *Customers were on the technical side more often than not, so great conversations were had.

Cons

*It didn't happen at first, but as managers changed, we got more numbers hungry management. *Expected to offer the warranty(Which honestly is really good, would 10/10 recommend) on items as cheap as $5, otherwise numbers take a hit. *Honestly, a few of the managers were the only negative experience of my time there.
