-Easy ability to make money -Retail training provided at no required cost -Heavily motivated environment -managers are very much so their own people

Cons

-Retail -If you don't work to make improvements in how you help customers you wont make a good paycheck -High Standards -Training for performance can be very hit or miss -Mangers can be viewed as unreasonable at times
