-Great work enviroment -Good training -Great benefits -Commission pay

Cons

Sometimes hiring, or moving up within the company is unfair. Everyone is told they must start at a low level and that they can move up after a set amount of time. However, you will be told there is no room in other departments for you to move up into, while they continually hire people in to those same higher departments with less knowledge and experience.

No training, ok pay, TERRIBLE management

-Not too strict with schedule -possibility to make more money than base pay -easy work -discount

Cons

-Managers suck, don't know what they're doing -70 percent of sales people act like sleezy sales people -managers badger you about metrics and don't actually care to better the efficiency
