-great people (non-managers) -freedom of creativity -great company culture (or at least on paper) -great discounts

Cons

-too much freedom to employees as in lack of leadership -corpo policies excessively strict -company culture not actually appreciated -pay relies heavily on ability to sell -want associates to do too much for what they pay -leadership is terrible at communicating -very biased leadership

Pros

Friendly environment, indoors and air conditioned, healthy working environment, #1 Micro Center repair department in the world. Great transitional job to acquire training and experience before moving on.

Cons

No vertical headroom for higher pay, simply had to buckle down and work harder. The more hours you worked the less you could get in commissions. Certifications made no difference in pay. "Full time" meant 30 hours a week, not 40. No overtime strictly enforced.
