Learn how to build and repair computers

Cons

Management exploits you for cheap labor. Only $14 an hour when other help desk positions are atleast $20/hr. Half of your time is spent dealing with disgruntled customers. They dont give you enough time to work on your units. Manager is always on your back insisting you call and email customers with status updates.
