Good place for physical work, bad place for anything else

Pros

Sometimes had down time where you could take a break from heavy lifting and searching for web orders Workplace sometimes also had free food for staff Staff is friendly to each other

Cons

A manager was competitive to the point of toxicity, most managers were chill Expected to meet goals which are unrealistic in the long run with how disorganized the store is due to the other staff not caring about cleanliness and organization. Discounts for items as an employee were essentially the same as a $15-$20 dollar off coupon on almost any item Employee return policies on items are worse than customers
