      Ok as a starting job

      Pros

      - Good pay if you work hard. - Somewhat flexible schedule depending on department. - Willing to teach associates. - Has multiple benefit packages including tuition reimbursement programs and stock programs.

      Cons

      - Management is very numbers driven. - Home office cared more about sales then employee safety during the COVID-19 Pandemic. - Depending on your department, it is hard to create a work-life balance as the schedule is sporadic and changes weekly.

We have taken all recommended guidelines from the CDD to the highest level of compliance in regards to the pandemic. We have been proud of our efforts and dedication to these protocols and being one the first in the industry to maintain daily health screenings foe employees in addition to many other protocols that are in place to keep our associates safe and healthy during this time.
