They pay for a class every semester you work there, obviously varies per location but the people there are pretty cool.

Cons

Sometimes feels like upper management (corporate/home office) doesn't really care about you.

Pros

Discounts on all things electronic and gaming is a massive advantage. You can nerd out at work and people will expect is and listen/nerd out as well. Constantly learning about the newest things coming out.

Cons

Work experience is dependent on management and work ethic. A fair and dutiful manager will make working conditions and expectations clear and work will be smooth and even fun. If not, experiences may vary. Occasional miscommunication between leadership can cause a massive headache when not caught early on.
