Pros

As a Part time employee I was given great flexibility regarding scheduling and taking time off. The higher level management was approachable and reasonable. Good seasonal job for a college student who likes tech. The employee discount at the store is phenomenal.

Cons

Workplace conditions vary wildly from tolerable to infuriating. Middle-level Supervisors do not seem competent in their responsibilities or seem to care about the satisfaction or well-being of Associates.

EXPECTED to work lots of hours even if in high school or college Non compete is not discussed enough during interview Too much pressure put on entry level beginner workers to sell an unreasonable amount of credit cards and warranties which are often a scam.
