Was able to work short shifts to fit my school schedule. Was able to take days off with two weeks notice. Friendly coworkers

The best retail job one could ask for

Pros

An amazing place to grow, great pay for the industry, and great customers/company.

Cons

Typical retail complaints. Long hours, occasional rude customers, commissioned employees are required to come in hours before/after business is open but make below minimum wage during those hours (commission overall balances it out, but still comes off as an annoyance).
