Good co-workers Friendly environment Helpful and mostly friendly managers Commission bonus even as a CSR (10% of what you sell) Very lenient and understanding management

Cons

Inefficient cash register system Too much is handled by CSRs (Check-out, Returns, Web Pick-Up, Curbside service, and Door Greeter)

Easy to make money, good atmosphere

Cons

Management constantly threatens write ups, doesn’t support various departments, pushes good workers while letting mediocre ones continue to do subpar work. I felt EXTREMELY uncomfortable with one member of management after being targeted when putting in my two weeks. Constant accusations and micro aggressions followed. Then found out said manager was speaking poorly to my departments other associates about me.
