Things should be much better

Pros

There is a lot to enjoy from the company, Benefit wise, having pet insurance is amazing for animal lovers. The discount is on par with other tech retail stores, but having friends and family events is a nice touch. If you hustle hard you can make decent money.

Cons

almost a criminally low pay wage as most of your income is based on commission. The commission stricture is always ever changing not in your favor. if you are opening or closing be prepared to start work two hours be for the store opens or stay around two hours after the store closes doing tasks that you are being paid below minimum wage, and if you try to argue that fact be prepared to be met with a lot of "not a team player" scrutiny. Even though it is a sales job, you will have a lot of heavy lifting. insurance copay's are laughable and high compared to other companies. Be prepaid to have no social life, long work hours are not uncommon. You have to maintain your department as there is not merch team, leaving many with the choice of making things look good, or not having to eat top raman for the next two weeks. and on the subject of that if you are in certin depatments if you do not hit cretin customers per hour goals be prepared to be written up or up to fired, no matter how much effort you sacrifice sales into making the store look "like a million bucks"
