Pros

GM and all the managers were amazing and very helpful. Easy going when it comes to schedule as I switched between Full-Time/Part-time due to study. Co-workers were helpful, nice, friendly. Very Diverse team which was always at advantage for the store and loved being around people from different cultures and background. Overall I had amazing few years working here.

Cons

Challenging times during slow days as pay depended on commission. I wish there were more growth opportunities.

Micro Center really cares about their products and services. Customer care is the top priority. You get discounts of everything in store.

Cons

You must wear dress shirt, pants and tie daily.
