      Pros

      Easy Work, generous time off, good benefits, decent discount, great people (outside of management. There is really nothing else positive there.

      Cons

      Upper management is bullet proof despite egregious errors and negligence. Long hours.. Questionable HR practices. Unwillingness to accommodate. Petty interpersonal relationships. Really sad closed door policy.

      Pros

      You get left alone to do your work. The people are friendly. The employee discount is nice. The managers are flexible with my schedule.

      Cons

      Very routine. No feed back on my work. It is very difficult to expand your knowledge base when people are hording information for job security.

      Picking up after customers after they leave the merchandise in the wrong places. Some customers are weird.
