Awesome people to work with and for! Very friendly and wanting you to succeed in life and in your career.

Cons

I can only speak for the richardson/ Dallas store. Hard to get promoted if upper management is comfortable where they are.

really the only pros are: the employee discount and the people i work with

they really hire just about anyone. I have asked 3 separate times to transfer departments. the first time when i was hired and 2 more times in the next 3 months. My supervisor kept saying "When i make the next schedule".

As for promotional opportunities, we typically ask that associates stay in their current role for at least 6 months before moving to another position, although there are times that this tenure requirement may be shortened.
