      Pros

      Microcenter is a fun relaxed environment that I would recommend anyone to apply too. The company does more than most for its employees such as giving away free turkeys on thanksgiving, hosting holiday parties at fun venues, cake day every month to celebrate birthdays and fun friendly costume and ugly sweater contest.Within two years I was able to move up in the company from a warehouse staff to web design. It is a very diverse community that allows fredoom of thought and expression. Most of the management is friendly, professional and understanding.

      Cons

      As with any company not all managment are easy to get along with as others.
