Pros

Treated fairly well by management. Opportunity for bonuses. Could be worse (definitely better than cashiering at a grocery store)

Cons

Unsteady schedule, which can cause problems in personal life when trying to keep a social schedule or personal time. Not as bad for part time workers.

Thank you for your feedback, and we appreciate your perspective. We understand that retail schedules can be unpredictable, which can sometimes make balancing work and personal life a challenge. We strive to offer as much flexibility as possible and will continue to evaluate how we can improve scheduling for all team members. Regarding personal expression, we understand the desire for flexibility in the dress code. Micro Center’s professional dress code is something we believe helps set us apart from our competitors and contributes to a positive and professional in-store experience for both employees and customers. Pros

Great co-workers, pay can be great if you hustle since its commission base, holiday pay, free food sometimes, great discounts

Cons

Schedule can be hard to work around. Had to work 10 days in a row before, sometimes night shift straight to morning shifts. Management was okay. Biggest thing would be interacting with multipule people everyday if you're not built for that.
