      Pros

      When it comes to a commission sales job this one is fairly low pressure. Healthcare isn't to bad for the level of job. Employee discount is great.

      Cons

      Management walks around with to much ego, there seems to be a sense that the employees are worthless and expendable.

      Pros

      I created great relationships with my co-workers. The discounts can be fantastic for products with high margins.

      Cons

      Retail schedule means that hours vary from week to week, and you're almost always working on weekends. You may leave at 11pm one day to work again at 7am the next day.

      It can be an energetic, fun place to work.

      Cons

      Always understaffed. Human Resources is not for the employees, rather for the company's reputation. Since becoming more corporate, they are less fair to employees and more ambiguous to answering any questions concerning your employment or future in the company. They became more focused on making money for the company at the expense of their employees.
