Being forced to sell only to customers who are buying a high dollar item. All customers looking for a small item are blatantly ignored, even when asking employees directly for help. Customers who are not buying high dollar items, are passed off to the only coworker willing to help people. It is not possible to give good customer service and make decent money. You must choose.
