      Pros

      Great Location, its not downtown but not way out in the suburbs. The staff was accepting of new employees and helpful.

      Cons

      It is a retail job.

      Pros

      Honestly, working here i did learn both sales skills as well as more about tech, even while I was already somewhat tech saavy.

      Cons

      Retail hours are hard to get used to. General sales does the grunt work for the whole store, and the pay is not satisfying. Comission structure can be tedious.

      Great work environment, good general employees, allowed for joking around at work as long as your job was done.

      Cons

      -Not enough resources to deal with customers in a timely manner. -Customer service didnt check the check-in's so I spent half my time trying to learn how to contact said customer. -Management was awful. -Nightmare to order parts
