      Pros

      If you enjoy connecting with people all day, along with commission based sales, than it's a fun job for the experience. This company allows you to make meaningful connections that you can use later in life, if you do your job right.

      Cons

      I can only speak for when I was there, but I worked at the Westbury location and some of the managers where biased.

      All the worker are very helpful and serve as team work. We believe nothing is impossible if working together.

      Cons

      It is not easy to grow within the company. Not all managers are on the same page and hard to get support from them.
