Poor commission structure, associates are miserable, too many associates

Better pay than other electronic stores, large inventory to sell from.

Cons

Disorganized warehouse, lots of sales associates getting caught stealing, pay rate has not changed in 20 years, commission pay but lots of non sales related work, company over customer culture, under-staffed in non-lucrative positions like customer service for higher profits.

A high pace work environment that is mentally challenging for any computer professional. You also get to play with all the cool tech toys and get up to speed with the latest technologies.

Cons

If you get a sales job it is commission based. Ultimately it is also a retail establishment so the pay is not that great unless you are in upper management.
