      Great Pay, 1 Hour Lunch Breaks, fair expectations, Awesome management, good employee discount

      Your team is your new family. You will spend more time with your team then with tour family. It sometimes feels like you live there. Customer sometimes try to show their intelligence by cutting you off after they asked you a question

      Pros

      Micro Center provides and excellent place to get started in a techie world. Pay is above average once you hit the sales floor. Very flexible hours. Vacation pay for part and full time. Lots of perks from vendors.

      Cons

      This companies appears to care about some stores over others (More-so in appearance than anything)...Also most associates are using very dated computers to assist customers - sometimes can be a bit annoying when you are selling the newest, but the customer questions why a computer store is using the oldest.
