      Pros

      easy to change departments potential to be promoted free leadership training available great people to work with the job itself is easy

      Cons

      the steps to be promoted are not clear- leaves room for favoritism hours and shifts are long closing shifts could stay hours after posted schedule time without notice depending on the manager on duty.

      Pros

      People are cool and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      Well first off the managers are not what they seem, like the ops manager is full of his self he think what he does is so right. When it turns out that he is so wrong about everything he does then back doors and second guess himself. Now as far as the general manager he don't know if he is coming or going, and one more thing when they find out that the big guys are coming down they want to get things ready in one day if we are some type mechanical machine. I truly feel like at times i am being taken advantage of and really don't feel appreciated but they say it just to make me feel good about what i have done to make them look good.
