      AMAZING COMPANY TO WORK FOR

      Pros

      Since my first day of employment, I have been impressed with Micro Center. Never before, in previous employment, have I had such access to important people at Home Office. They are available to help when I need them, not just during bankers hours. I have called in the evenings and on weekends and have ALWAYS been able to get help. Also, the longevity of many associates throughout this company speaks volumes of how well Micro Center treats their employees.

      Overall, I have very little negative input.

      Nice employee purchase program with the ability to order from some select vendors Other employees usually share interests

      Cons

      Low pay for amount of work and little opportunity to get a raise Depending on location the facilities may be less than superb Some locations do not meet work safety codes
