      Pros

      This is a company that you can grow with. This is a company that looks out not just for the bottom line but also their customers and associates. Associates within this company are easy to get along with, which makes coming to work a joy. We look at our associate's work-life balance and try to accomadate as much as possible.

      Cons

      There are time where the communication coming from the main office is not timely.

      Pros

      I am with Micro Center for over 14 years. Micro Center culture is far superior than other companies I have worked for. Micro Center offers best commission structures with great benefit packages. Human Resource listens and maintains work-life balance. Frequent trainings are done to stay on top of Technology industry.

      Cons

      Not so much of negative but its retail so you would be working weekends. However, if you are on commission pay then you would want to work during busy weekends.

      Pros

      The opportunity to work with the newest gadgets. Co-workers are very friendly. The support system provided by our leadership team is very helpful. We are opening new stores which gives great advancement potential.

      Cons

      Typical for retail sales, as the work hours are split between mornings, evenings, and weekends / holidays. Customer service expectations are high so it is challenging to always put forth the effort required to keep customers coming back.
