Professional and friendly work enviroment. Good pay relative to most retailers. Hourly + commision based pay. No one makes minimum wage. Employee discount is great. If you work hard there is definitely opportunity for advancement. Always learning new things about products. Monthly training. Flexible scheduling. Store manager is always friendly and a great leader.

Cons

Sometimes feel a bit under staffed and overwhelmed with customers / work.

you may learn a lot about computer related technology and remain up to date, the big plus is the employee discount purchase rates.

Cons

depending on the location, your schedule and most importantly the department, one may earn $5 to $18 an hour. a lot of labor work, mandatory training along with on the floor sales job.
