Regarding your comments on compensation, we’d like to clarify that our General Sales associates operate on a commission-based structure. While the base rate is $4.00 per hour, when combined with commissions, the average earnings for our sales team currently come out to around $21.00 per hour company-wide. This model is designed to reward performance, and we regularly evaluate our compensation to ensure it remains competitive.
