Pros

Discounts on computer parts, tools, and other equipment was descent. Insight into new technologies making their way to the market place.

Cons

Scheduling was a joke. Management was horrible. I was what is referred to as a team lead. My job was to micromanage between management and lower level associates, while making the same pay as lower lever associates, having more responsibility, and getting yelled at for their mistakes.

Pros

As for the Warehouse, it's mostly laid back, you can work as you see fit as long as the job gets done. Very little micro-management takes place. Supervisors and above are friendly and helpful when needed. The employee discount is excellent. It is better than any other in the retail world.

Cons

Pay kinda sucks. If you have little or no experience, expect $8/hr. Not a huge problem if you spend most of your paycheck on computer bits, because of the discount, but if you are paying bills... it's not really enough. The HQ often has poor judgement about the store and policies. From an employee that works a retail store, some of the decisions they make baffle me (and my supervisors). It's seems like they have never been in the store before when they decide on things.

Pros

Somewhat Flexible hours, good benefits, management is not overbearing. Really not much more good about it beyond that. Oh, the way they scale the absent/vacation time is OK.

Cons

Working 7am - 10am before the store is open and 9pm - 11pm for $4.00 really hurts your paycheck as you make no commission during this time, also add responsibilities such as merchandising an aisle by yourself during commission hours taps on more lost wages due to lost sales. If you work in the PC department you have to keep your numbers high otherwise they boot you out of the department. Overall if your looking to make money, you won't find much here without driving yourself crazy.
