Pros

every department can make money off sales, I worked as a cashier and a majority of my income came from warranty plans.

Cons

You will be returning back to high school, there are groups already set in this environment, favoritism, and there is no room for growth at all.

-Great work enviroment -Good training -Great benefits -Commission pay

Cons

Sometimes hiring, or moving up within the company is unfair. Everyone is told they must start at a low level and that they can move up after a set amount of time. However, you will be told there is no room in other departments for you to move up into, while they continually hire people in to those same higher departments with less knowledge and experience.

- Good people to work with usually - Customers seek your guidance and respect your expertise - Good prices and discounts on some items

Cons

- Management is very demanding with expectations regarding sales and warranty quotas even for departments which are predominantly cables and small peripherals - Constant pressure to up your numbers regardless of where they are - Prioritization of sales per hour as opposed to whether a customer retains the product, they got the right product, etc. ignoring return rates completely - They will often bait-and-switch positions on you
