Employees are knowledgeable and have a lot of shared interests. A lot of the management team that I've dealt with have been very easy to talk to and comfortable to be around.

Cons

Management tends to be disrespectful to employees and customers. Corporate seems to care so little about their stores/employees that purely disruptive people are allowed to remain in management positions, destroying stores and tearing down employees, driving them to leave within 6 months of employment, or even theft.

I have worked at Micro Center for 10+ years and they never cease to amaze me. This year the company decided to close its doors on New Years Day and I think that is outstanding!!!! With more and more retail companies choosing to keep their doors open on Holidays, its great to know that I work for a company that appreciates its employees and their families enough to give them these days to spend with loved ones! Awesome Job Micro Center, Keep on growing!!!

Cons

Only cons is there aren't more holidays... LOL Just kidding, There are no cons!
