Easy Work, generous time off, good benefits, decent discount, great people (outside of management. There is really nothing else positive there.

Cons

Upper management is bullet proof despite egregious errors and negligence. Long hours.. Questionable HR practices. Unwillingness to accommodate. Petty interpersonal relationships. Really sad closed door policy.

Pros

The benefits are on par with Fortune 500 companies. There's vacation days. Your told your schedule two weeks ahead of time. Education opportunities can get you a job in Desktop Support, Network Administration, or Security Engineering. And it's one bus ride away from a community college.

Cons

Extreme amount of advertising warranty. The warranties increase the time for reviewing and buying an item. No matter how fast employee is, when you tell a customer about a plan, a lot of questions are going to be asked. The over abundance of advertisement practically invites employees to be cursed out every other day.
