Good pay when customers are buying can be sometimes flexible with working hours

Cons

management can be pushy about hitting metrics and are obsessed with hitting not very realistic numbers a lot of the time. Gets mad when the metrics aren't hit. Scope creep is real and you will have to balance working on secondary task during selling hours.

Pros

Good place to learn and gain experience, great place to get started in IT repair if you are young. Lots of trainees there who are young, inexperienced and break things and the store will cover all the things you break.

Cons

Terrible place for an experienced tech. You have to fix all the things people break, the system is made to not be enjoyable.
