      Awesome Coworkers Decent Pay (after commission) Flexible Schedule for those of us that are still in school The sales associate position is great for anyone that loves to talk to people and loves to stay up-to-date on all the latest technologies.

      Cons

      Management could be better developed. The positions leave little room for improvement as an employee and to grow as a person. There are no incentive programs to do better and nobody takes the time to show you how to improve your sales pitch or your overall number. It's a cycle of them not investing in you so you not being invested in them so they don't feel the need to invest in you.

      Pros

      It has great discounts on parts and accessories especially computer parts. It is big on customer satisfaction and therefore has great customer service with managers who are willing to go above and beyond for the customer.

      Cons

      Health benefits are not that great and costly. Like any other retail establishment, retail hours can sometimes be long and few holidays when store is closed. Pay is average for fixed pay employees.
