Pros
Lots of technologies to experiment with. Some freedom with respect to tools and hardware used.
Cons
Work with personnel with low level technical skills. Work in an environment where people do not want to follow Agile principals but were instructed to pursue Abuses on development is frequent, I had to work weekends several times in order to keep up with sprinting. Stories are frequently written like custom issues. Everyone just wants to pull his own needs into products that are not targeted at them. Features are over-engineered and frequently killed by the kitchen sink syndrome. We've had at least 3 changes of senior management in the last year. They're playing musical chair and many people have left. HPE software is not getting better.
