Autonomy to do my work, reasonable resources with which to do my work, a culture that provides stability and actions grounded in common sense. A real effort in the last few years to focus on "fair trade" type principles and address diversity and inclusion issues.
Cons
Most of the development is maintenance, projects envisioned to foster new growth products are rare. Salaries/bonuses are under industry norms.
