Pros
Medical insurance is very good, at least in my country. This is about the only perk that kept me there for some time.
Cons
No leaders, no people to admire, just plain old bosses. The type of bosses that will point fingers at you, never hold themselves accountable and throw you to the wolves to save their own skin. Culture sucks, the most toxic place I've ever been to.
