Take employee and their family for outing once in a year.

Cons

1. Colleagues keeps harassing but the management doesn't care even after multiple complains. 2. They just follow what senior member in team says and doesn't listen to new or junior member in team. 3. I am the 4th person who left because of harassment. So please understand the seriousness of the problem.
