Sales Renewal targets are unrealistic and it takes a lot of time to negotiate and adjust them. Every time management is inventing new rules not to pay you bonuses, or to reduce the amount that you should get. Business travel got more complicated these days. Huge workload due to lack of personnel. People are getting more and more demotivated and are not doing their job properly and it's getting harder to have the needed support in order to fulfill your duties.
