Nothing I can think off.

Cons

They hire and fire people. Company run by few people. The company is doing bad and going through rough times, they fired a lot of people because they lost some clients. Lots of politics. Half of them are out of their mind. Please keep away from this company. Old technologies, many said things are only oral , never in practice. Pathetic cafeteria. No flexibility. Bad infrastructure. Upper management not to be trusted, they say something and dont put in practice. Lots of favoritism. Keep off from this company. No hike to new joiner for atleast 1 year.

Pretty good salary, lots of opportunities to move around within the company.

Cons

There's a heavy reliance on proprietary subsystems for things like testing and deployment, these systems can be ancient and difficult to use

Offices for development (for now), really good manager.

Cons

Non-competitive salary, no career path, bonuses are rare if at all. Since the company has gone through many mergers/acquisitions the entire upper management never seem to know whats going on.
