- pompous CEO - renewals make the most revenue but is constantly treated as the red headed step child of the business - no opportunity to move up - they removed bonuses and accelerators, basically all incentive to sell was removed -poor tools that inhibit you completing your jobs -extreme penalties for customers. almost every customer was audited and due to this, they dropped product and reinvested at other companies.
