      Good flexibility to work from home

      Cons

      Management will do everything to prevent the employees to grow inside the company. Forget about getting a salary increase. Managers are racist with the employees from Mexico.

      Old stack technologies and heavy workload if you are MVP

      Pros

      - Costa Rica people are the best to work with - Good benefits but you cannot enjoy those as much if you leave out of the "GAM" - A really stable company with a good vision - Really smart people to work with

      Cons

      - If you are the MVP of your team you will have a heavy workload that may affect your work/life balance - Old stack technologies in almost all the products - Expertise in just a few folks. If they leave the company will be in a critical position. - Salaries are not the best, people are leaving due to this. - Due to the legacy code, old products are really difficult to maintain. - No retain of talent, they will just equal your offer with the competition. At this point, everyone prefers to leave and work with cutting-edge technology.
