      Pros

      Very few to mention. The execs are quite smart. The company is extremely rigorous about managing costs and driving shareholder returns, no matter what.

      Cons

      Not enough space to do this justice. Mean spirited organization. Duplicitous and Machiavellian leadership abounds. People do not matter to leadership, any words to the effect that people do matter are simply window dressing.

      Good culture, good people, freshers gets lot to learn, technology is good. Management is good. They consider the spontaneous leaves as well. Goodvwork life balance.

      Cons

      Pay is little less than market standars. Senior people need to interact more with new joinees.rest is fine only.good luck
