      Pros

      Nice place to work, the salary and benefits are not bad, the product are great in many business unit so you have tools to fight for the market.

      Cons

      Lack of focus (or maybe that's why it names Micro Focus), it change almost every year, having acquisitions than don't make a lot of sense with the market and take a long time to merge with the culture of goals of the company.
