Some great colleagues. Company growing through aquisition.
Cons
The relentless pace of acquisitions means the pressure on back office staff is huge and work life balance poor. I agree with the comments others have made on pay, pay increases are few and far between even for those with excellent appraisal ratings. The growth in the number of employees means the facilities at Newbury are very much under pressure, be prepared to have to find and pay for off-site parking if you arrive much later than 8.45 am.
